MLW To Begin Running Live Events With Never Say Never

MLW heading to FITE+

Major League Wrestling have wholly focused on producing taped content in recent years but that is set to change this summer.

MLW have announced they will start running premium live shows beginning with Never Say Never on July 8 and the event will air live from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event will be broadcast exclusively on FITE+, the subscription service on the combat sports streaming platform.

Never Say Never will be main evented by an MLW World Heavyweight Title match between Alexander Hammerstone and Battle Riot winner Alex Kane.

"To have MLW's premium live events available - for no extra cost - on FITE+ gives fans maximum quality and value, which is what we're both about. We're going to be an amazing tag team and the winners are the fans," MLW Founder & CEO Court Bauer said.

FITE COO Michael Webber added: "Starting a little over 20 years ago, Court has delivered on everything pro-wrestling is meant to be. Mixing styles and talents to create something you can't take your eyes off of. If you think about talent like Satoshi Kojima, CM Punk, Terry Funk or even MJF and Tom Lawlor having spent time at MLW, you know you cannot risk missing out on what comes next."

Alongside MLW, shows from the likes of ICW, NORTH Wrestling, and GCW are available on FITE+.
