Multiple Matches Set For IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege

IMPACT Wrestling has announced three matches for the May 15 IMPACT Plus special Under Siege. 

In the main event, Kenny Omega will team with The Good Brothers against FinJuice and Eddie Edwards. 

The match came about after The Elite attacked Edwards and Sami Callihan during their main event number one contender qualifying match on last night's IMPACT. FinJuice tried to make the save after the bell, but they were left lying by Omega and The Good Brothers to end the broadcast. 

The number one contender for Omega's IMPACT World Championship will also be determined at Under Siege. Scott D'Amore revealed on last night's show that Rich Swann does not have a rematch clause and, therefore, would not be immediately competing for the title. Instead, the number one contender will be decided in a Six-Way match.

A series of qualifying matches are being held on IMPACT to determine the participants, three of which took place last night. Chris Bey defeated Jake Something to earn a spot in the match and Matt Cardona vanquished Brian Myers. The aforementioned Edwards vs. Callihan match was the third qualifier on the show, but that bout ended in a no contest.  

Next week's qualifying matches are Trey Miguel vs. Rohit Raju, Chris Sabin vs. Rhino and James Storm vs. Moose. 

The Knockouts Tag Team Championship will also be on the line at Under Siege in a rematch from Rebellion. New Champions Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering will defend the gold against former champions Fire 'N Flava.

Another match in W. Morrissey vs. Willie Mack could also be added to the card before May 15. Mack challenged Morrissey to the match on last night's show, but IMPACT has yet to make it official.
