Six-Way Number One Contender's Match Official For IMPACT Under Siege

Six-Way set for IMPACT Under Siege

The next number one contender for the IMPACT World Championship is set to be decided at the promotion's Under Siege IMPACT Plus special. The show will air from London, Ontario, Canada on Friday, May 26.

IMPACT have announced that Eddie Edwards, Moose, Frankie Kazarian, Alex Shelley, Jonathan Gresham, and Yuya Uemura will clash in a Six-Way for the right to challenge Steve Maclin or PCO for the IMPACT World Championship. Maclin will defend his title against PCO in the main event of Under Siege.

Moose and Edwards are former IMPACT World Champions, while Frankie Kazarian and Alex Shelley have previously failed to win the top title in the promotion. Jonathan Gresham and Yuya Uemura have yet to win a championship in IMPACT.

The Six-Way is the fourth match to be announced for Under Siege. Along with the IMPACT World Title match, Deonna Purrazzo will put the Knockouts World Championship on the line against Jordynne Grace. If Grace loses, she won't be able to challenge for the belt while Purrazzo is champion. Trey Miguel is also scheduled to defend the X-Division Championship against eight-time champion Chris Sabin.
