Along with Carmelo Hayes' NXT Title win, two other championships changed hands at NXT Stand & Deliver on Saturday, April 1 ahead of WrestleMania 39.

In the opening contest of the main card, Indi Hartwell won a Ladder Match also containing Roxanne Perez, Gigi Dolin, Tiffany Stratton, Zoey Stark and Lyra Valkyria to capture the NXT Women's Championship. Hartwell picked up the win following the return of Dexter Lumis, who helped Hartwell climb the ladder after his wife was unsure about scaling it.

The match also featured the return of Jacy Jayne and she pushed Gigi Dolin from the ladder as her former Toxic Attraction partner was about to win the match.

Elsewhere, Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre captured the NXT Women's Tag Team Championships, defeating Kiana James and Fallon Henley. The heels scored the victory after an awkward argument between Kiana James and Brooks Jensen after she asked him to get her bag, which allowed the challengers to hit a Backstabber-Swanton combination for the 1-2-3.

Henley and James had only been champions for 56 days, having won the gold from Kayden Carter and Katana Chance at Vengeance Day on February 4.
