Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens Vs. The Usos To Main Event WWE WrestleMania 39 Night One

For the first time since Hulk Hogan & Mr T vs. Roddy Piper & Paul Orndorff in 1985, a tag team match will main event WrestleMania.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, The Usos vs. Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships will main event night one of WrestleMania 39.

Meltzer explained why the tag team title match should go on last on Saturday, April 1, saying on Wrestling Observer Radio:

"I think it's the way to end the show, Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn go over in Los Angeles, same city. I think they are going to pull out a lot of great stuff. I've seen Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens in matches on far smaller platforms pull out some incredible stuff and this is the biggest match of their lives. And quite frankly, the biggest match of The Usos lives too. So, I expect a performance commensurate with the biggest match of four people's lives who are all very good."

Fightful Select have also confirmed that Owens & Zayn vs. The Usos will main event night one. The match order for night one is as follows:

• Braun Strowman & Ricochet vs. The Street Profits vs. Alpha Academy vs. The Viking Raiders
• Seth Rollins vs. Logan Paul
• Becky Lynch, Lita, & Trish Stratus vs. Damage CTRL
• Rey Mysterio vs. Dominik Mysterio
• Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Rhea Ripley - SmackDown Women's Championship
• A Miz & Snoop Dogg segment
• The Usos (c) vs. Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens - Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships
