Naomi's WWE Brand Revealed

After spending 2023 and the opening weeks of 2024 as Trinity in TNA Wrestling, Naomi made her return to WWE at the Royal Rumble, entering the women's Royal Rumble match as the second entrant. Naomi lasted much of the match until finally being eliminated by the debuting Jade Cargill.

According to Fightful Select, Naomi is expected to be a part of Friday Night SmackDown following her WWE return. This would make sense as Naomi's husband Jimmy Uso is on SmackDown as part of The Bloodline with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa and WWE now look to keep couples on the same brand. What WWE's plans are for Naomi beyond her brand is currently unknown.

Naomi wrapped up with TNA Wrestling at the January 19 set of TV tapings. It was pretty clear within the promotion by the start of 2024 that Naomi would be finishing up with the company and heading back to WWE, according to Fightful Select. WWE had been interested in bringing Naomi back to the company for over a year until the unofficial hiring freeze was in effect. By the time the hiring freeze was over, though, Naomi had signed with TNA.

Following her WWE return, Naomi thanked TNA for the time she spent in the company. She became a one-time Knockouts World Champion during her run with IMPACT/TNA.
