Nash Carter Booked For Upcoming Indy Show

Nash Carter's first indy event since his WWE release

Nash Carter has been booked for the first time since his WWE release.

Now going by Zachary Wentz once again, the former NXT Tag Team Champion will be in action at Circle 6 and No Peace Underground's co-promoted event 'It's Not What You Think' on May 21 in Orlando, Florida. Wentz's opponent for the show has not been revealed as of yet.

Carter was previously one-half of MSK with Wes Lee in WWE NXT but he was released by the company on April 6, only days after MSK regained the NXT Tag Team Titles at Stand & Deliver.

His release came shortly after his wife and fellow wrestler Kimber Lee posted a photo of Carter performing a Nazi salute while having a moustache similar to Adolf Hitler. Lee also accused him of domestic violence.

Prior to joining WWE, Wentz was a part of The Rascalz with Wes Lee (then Dezmond Xavier) and Trey Miguel in IMPACT Wrestling. They also held gold on the independent wrestling scene in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla and Combat Zone Wrestling.
