New Match Announced For WWE Extreme Rules

It's constable vs. club leader...

With WWE Extreme Rules just over a week away, the full card for the event is starting to come together.

Already, we know that Alexa Bliss will take on Nia Jax with the Raw Women's Championship on the line, AJ Styles will defend his WWE Championship against Rusev, The Deleters Of Worlds will face The B-Team for the Raw Tag Team Championships, Carmella will face Asuka for the SmackDown Women's gold, The Blugeon Brothers will face Team Hell No for the blue brand's Tag Team titles, Dolph Ziggler will face Seth Rollins in a 30-minute Iron Man Match for the Intercontinental Championship, Roman Reigns will face Bobby Lashley, and Jeff Hardy will take on Shunsuke Nakamura with the Charismatic Enigma's United States title on the line.

Now, we also know that Raw's Constable Baron Corbin will take on Finn Balor. The rivalry between the pair has been bubbling along for a few weeks, often becoming intertwined with Kevin Owens and Braun Strowman's altercations. Essentially, Finn laughs and Baron's bald head and clothes, and Baron doesn't like that. Baron calls Finn small and laughs at the fact it took him so long to arrive in WWE, and naturally, Finn doesn't like that.

Extreme Rules is the third event to take place since WWE brought in their 'best of both worlds' duel-branded pay per views and is the last event before the self-proclaimed Biggest Party of the Summer, SummerSlam. Extreme Rules takes place on July 15 with the show starting at 7E/4P and emanates from the PPG Paints Arena in  Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
