New Title Match Official For AEW All In
New match official for AEW All In
Aug 24, 2023
A new title match has been made official for All Elite Wrestling's All In pay-per-view on Sunday, August 27.
The House of Black were expected to wrestle at All In and it was revealed on Wednesday night's Dynamite they will defend the AEW Trios Titles against The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn. The match came together after The Acclaimed called out House of Black to kick off a brawl on Dynamite. Just as Malakai Black and co. had the advantage, Billy Gunn made his AEW return to send House of Black scurrying to the back.
Gunn then revealed that he was okay with his retirement until The House of Black "beat down his sons". He then destroyed the boots he had left in the ring earlier this year before issuing the challenge for All In. Daddy Ass won't be at Wembley, though, as Bad Ass Billy Gunn will be in action instead.
All In will be the third time The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn have challenged for the AEW World Trios Titles. They previously failed to defeat the House of Black in an Open House Match at Double or Nothing. Gunn then left his boots in the ring on the July 22 episode of Collision after the trio failed to defeat Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews for a second time.
