Nia Jax Credits Shayna Baszler With Sending Ronda Rousey To A Company Lesser Than WWE

Nia Jax couldn't resist taking a shot at Ring of Honor.

While speaking to Q1057 about Baszler being an opponent of hers on Monday Night Raw, Nia Jax credited her former tag team partner with sending Ronda Rousey to a "whole other company lesser than us." 

"She is a great expert at her judo moves, she is a former UFC fighter. She did take out Ronda Rousey. Ronda Rousey just got sent to a whole other company lesser than us. Shayna does get credit for that. Being so close to her and knowing her every move, I definitely have some good counters. I'm a lot stronger than her. A lot more powerful. I think I'll be okay," Jax stated.

Ronda Rousey recently made her debut in Ring of Honor at the ROH TV tapings on November 17. Rousey and Marina Shafir defeated ROH Women's World Champion Athena and Billie Starkz in a match that aired on November 23.

Rousey was believed to be done with pro wrestling following her loss to Shayna Baszler at WWE SummerSlam and exit from the company. She has wrestled for Lucha VaVoom and Wrestling REVOLVER along with ROH, however. Rousey won't be making a full-time return with ROH and reports have indicated the two sides are not in talks and Rousey has no plans to wrestle further in her short-term future. 

Rousey's ROH match was instead part of a deal that she made with Tony Khan in order to work the Wrestling REVOLVER match.
