WWE President Nick Khan is expecting more talents from All Elite Wrestling to leave the promotion and jump ship to WWE when they are able to do so.
Speaking on the Bill Simmons podcast about AEW, Khan said:
"In terms of the other wrestling promotional company, they have a lot of talented wrestlers and we're happy about that. When, contractually, they are available to talk to and have conversations with, assume a number of them will come over. Nothing but respect to the father who finances it and owns the Jaguars and all those other things."
Tony Khan is the President, CEO, and Booker of All Elite Wrestling. His father Shad Khan owns the Jacksonville Jaguars, while Shad and Tony Khan both own AEW.
Several former AEW talents have joined WWE in recent months, including Penta, Rey Fenix, and Ricky Saints. Miro has also reportedly signed with WWE since his AEW release, while Malakai Black left AEW earlier this year when his contract expired. Black is expected to return to WWE on the SmackDown after WrestleMania 41.
A current AEW talent who could be on their way to WWE is Mariah May. According to reports, WWE know May wants to sign with the company, while the belief within AEW is the former women's world champion is heading to WWE.
