Nick Khan won’t be leaving WWE anytime in the near future.

It was revealed within TKO’s quarterly financial reports filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission that Khan signed a new contract to remain WWE president on Monday, May 4. Khan is now under contract through the end of 2030.

Nick Khan’s new contract includes a base salary of $2 million per year until the end of 2026. His salary will then increase to $3 million per year beginning in January 2027. Khan is also eligible for annual bonuses of 150 per cent of his salary in 2026 and 200 per cent of his salary from 2027 through 2030.

Furthermore, Khan received a signing bonus of $11 million in TKO shares over four years and a one-time “special performance incentive” of $5 million.

Nick Khan’s pay increase comes amid WWE asking several talents to take pay cuts, while 30 wrestlers have been released from the organisation since WrestleMania 42. Several talents accepted those pay cuts, with reports noting the wrestlers asked were talents who were previously booked as top stars but are no longer pushed at such a level.

In 2025, Nick Khan received $24.3 million in compensation from TKO. This included a salary of $2 million, $11 million in TKO shares, and over $10 million in bonuses.

Nick Khan has been a part of WWE since August 2020 when he departed CAA and joined WWE as president and chief revenue officer.
