Nick Khan Wants Stephanie McMahon To Return To WWE

Following a year of twists, turns, and controversy in WWE, Stephanie McMahon left the company amidst her father, Vince McMahon’s return after the chairman had previously retired. 

WWE’s CEO Nick Khan has commented on Stephanie McMahon and her role in WWE, and has even stated his desire to have her back in the fold one day. On CNBC’s Closing Time, Khan responded to questions about Stephanie leaving. 

Khan discussed how Stephanie was set to take a leave of absence before she was called upon to return to WWE following the scandal regarding her father, and he stated that she has continued her previous plans when it comes to that. He went on to state that “she seems to be in a great place”.

When asked about a possible return for Stephanie, Khan noted, "It's a question for her. We would always love to have her as part of WWE. The time would need to be right for her and I'm not sure if she's there yet.”

It remains to be seen if Stephanie will ever return to WWE, or if this absence is a permanent one.
