Nikki Cross Denies Rumour That She Is Set To Leave WWE

Nikki Cross states she is not leaving WWE

Despite leaving Nikki A.S.H. in the past and resuming her havoc-causing ways as Nikki Cross, the former Raw Women's Champion has had a fairly quiet 2023, with Cross having only competed in several televised matches in WWE since the Royal Rumble PPV in January.

Some sections of the WWE fanbase speculated that Cross could be on her way out of the company, with Cross in the midst of a master’s degree alongside her scheduled WWE work. However, Cross has shot down any rumours of a potential WWE exit in pursuit of further studies, tweeting the following at a fan who was speculating on her future:

“Hello. I hope you are well. this is not true. This is the first time I have ever heard about this. Pretty sure I’m a reliable source. If I choose to pursue a PHD after my completing my masters in May, I wouldn’t take time off wrestling. I would do both. Just to clarify.”

Cross has been with WWE since 2016, with Cross’ first major run in NXT coming in October of that year as part of the villainous SAnitY alongside Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe, and Sawyer Fulton, with Cross’ real-life husband Killian Dain replacing Fulton not long into the group’s run.
