No Way Jose Debuts At Impact Slammiversary

Who saw this one coming?

Over a year after his last appearance in WWE, No Way Jose made his debut for Impact Wrestling, appearing at Saturday night's Slammiversary pay-per-view in Nashville.

Jose appeared as the mystery partner of Fallah Bahh for the four-way Tag Team title match against champions Violent By Design, Rich Swann and Willie Mack, and The Good Brothers. Jose replaced TJP, who was pulled from the match the previous day.

The Good Brothers ended up regaining the belts, after Doc Gallows pinned Rhino following the Magic Killer.

Bahh teased not having a partner before introducing Jose. Jose was then followed by a similar conga line to what he had in WWE.

The naming chyron simply said "No Way", while Bahh and the announcers referred to him in full as No Way Jose. In indy appearances post-WWE, Jose wrestled under the name Levy Valenz, which is similar to his real name Levis Valenzuela.

Jose signed with WWE in 2015, and wrestled on the main roster beginning in 2018. He was part of the "Black Wednesday" cuts in April of 2020.
