Omos had reportedly been in Detroit, Michigan, for this week's WWE Monday Night Raw taping but was required to fly home before the show began.

WWE had previously advertised Omos to be taking on former tag-team partner AJ Styles on the December 27 episode of Raw, after the duo split up on last week's show, but the Colossus was no where to be seen on this past Monday's program.

PWInsider is reporting that the former Raw Tag Team Champion had travelled to Detroit in order to be part of the show, but say multiple sources have confirmed that he left the city and flew home prior to the taping.

No further indication as to why Omos had to leave Monday Night Raw and Detroit has yet been given.

With Omos absent, AJ Styles instead continued his ongoing war of words with NXT's Grayson Waller before defeating Apollo Crews in singles action.

Styles and Omos had wrestled each other at the WWE Live Event at Madison Square Garden on Boxing Day, in which Styles defeated Omos by disqualification after utilising the iconic Eddie Guerrero chair-trick.
