"One Of The World's Best Wrestlers" To Sign With AEW At Full Gear

All Elite Wrestling has one of the most stacked rosters in professional wrestling, but it looks like they’re set to add a top tier talent into the mix at Full Gear on November 18.

AEW Owner Tony Khan took to Twitter/X ahead of Dynamite on November 15, and announced the following:

“AEW has agreed to terms with one of the world's best wrestlers, a pro who is known + respected by virtually every @AEW fan! They'll come to LA to sign their contract THIS SATURDAY 11/18 on ppv at #AEWFullGear!”

Khan’s post has naturally set the rumour mill in motion, with fans suggesting the signing could be a recently released WWE star like Mustafa Ali or Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler), it could be former IWGP Women’s Champion Mercedes Moné, or it could even be CM Punk. Of course, it could be none of the names listed, we'll just have to wait and see.

In the past, AEW have had several high-profile debuts and contract signings occur on PPV, with the signings of Christian Cage and Swerve Strickland two of the most notable.
