Paige Returning To WAW After She Departs WWE

Paige's first announced post-WWE appearance has been revealed.

Paige's first post-WWE appearance has been announced on Twitter, courtesy of World Association of Wrestling - the UK-based promotion founded by her parents.

"Look who's coming home... @RealPaigeWWE will be at #FightmareIV, stepping back into a WAW ring for the first time in over a decade! What role will she play in the show? Stay tuned to find out!"

The wording of WAW's tweet doesn't provide any clues as to whether Paige will be competing in the ring or appearing in a non-wrestling capacity. She was medically disqualified from competing by WWE and hasn't wrestled since 2017, but has since indicated on her own Twitch streams that she's eager to compete again in the near future. In the time since Paige last wrestled, we've seen previously-retired competitors such as Bryan Danielson and Edge return to the ring.

Outside of her WAW appearance, Paige has been announced for Starrcast V, and she will hold a stage show at the convention called 'Saraya: Turning the Page' over SummerSlam weekend.

WAW's Fightmare IV is set to take place on October 15th, 2022 in Norwich, England.
