Penta El Zero Miedo Teases Return Of Old Gimmick On AEW Dynamite

Penta El Zero Miedo has had many names inside the squared circle, including Pentagon Jr., Dark Dragon, and Penta El 0 M and the former AEW World Tag Team Champion looks set to revive one of his old gimmicks in All Elite Wrestling.

After Malakai Black spewed corruption into Penta's face on last week's edition of Dynamite, the luchador appeared in a vignette on Wednesday of him digging a hole in a graveyard. Alex Abrahantes noted Penta is out for revenge on The House Of Black before the luchador pulled a black mask from the ground, with Abrahantes calling him Penta Oscuro, the Spanish word for Dark.

Penta previously performed as Pentagon Dark in Lucha Underground from 2016 until 2018, taking up the moniker in season two while Vampiro prepared him for his Lucha Underground Title match at Ultima Lucha Dos against Matanza Cueto.

He continued to perform as Pentagon Dark until the series folded after four seasons, becoming a two-time Lucha Underground Champion along the way.
