Perry Saturn Reveals Current Relationship With WWE

Former WWE star Perry Saturn recently resurfaced for a virtual signing

Former WWE star Perry Saturn - who wrestled for the company between 2000 and 2002 - is not expecting a call from the company anytime soon.

During a recent Signed by Superstars virtual signing, the former WWE European Champion was asked about potentially working with the company again, as well as a possible WWE Hall of Fame induction, to which he said:

"Sure, if they invited me (I would go into WWE Hall of Fame)…No (I don't have a great relationship with WWE). I was part of a lawsuit against them. We lost but — from the C.T.E so, I'm sure they won't be calling me. Vince (McMahon), I got along great with Vince and trouble is when I worked there, I was a bad drug addict.

"I was bad on drugs so I was — but Paul's (Triple H) a great guy. I have nothing negative to say about him for sure. He's awesome and he would help me out anyway he could but, at the time, I was un-helpable," said Saturn.

The 57-year-old was one of many former WWE stars who joined a class-action lawsuit against the company in 2016, alleging many things (including that WWE intentionally misled talent about the nature of head injuries). The suit - filed by lawyer Konstantine Kyros - was dismissed in 2018. Kyros was subsequently ordered to pay over $300,000 in legal fees.

During the virtual signing, Saturn also spoke about his visit to guest coach at the WWE Performance Center in 2013 and noted that he is halfway through writing a book on his life and career.
