Omos has not been involved in professional wrestling since his brief spell in Pro Wrestling NOAH came to an end in January, but the WWE-contracted talent may be popping up in another promotion very soon.

According to WrestleVotes on WrestleVotes Radio, Omos has, once again, been discussed within Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide and he could appear this week at Triplemania XXXIII.

"We are told, in a follow-up from news a few weeks ago, we can report that Omos' name has once again come up in AAA discussions, with one source mentioning that he could very well appear this weekend at Triplemania. We're told WWE remains intent on expanding his reach beyond their own traditional borders, and believes that a stint in AAA could do wonders for him as a bona fide special attraction," WrestleVotes said.

WWE announced the acquisition of AAA over WrestleMania 41 weekend and the purchase is believed to have since been completed. WWE are reportedly planning to utilise the Lucha Libre promotion as a developmental territory.

While Omos has seldom been used by WWE - having not been booked in a match that wasn't a Battle Royal in over two years - he signed a new multi-year contract with the company in 2025.
