PWG Battle Of Los Angeles 2022 Results

The first BOLA since 2019 is in the bag

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla hosted its first Battle of Los Angeles tournament since 2019 over the weekend, with the two-night event at LA’s Globe Theatre attracting the best talent from the American Indies, Mexico, AEW, and beyond.

There were some last minute changes to the tournament, as ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham and MLW’s Davey Richards withdrew from the field, whilst during the tournament itself Lio Rush picked up an injury, and was replaced in the semi-finals by Buddy Matthews.

But in the end it was AEW stand-out Daniel Garcia’s time to shine, with the highly rated shooter going over recent IMPACT signee ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey in the final.
