Following the purchase of World Championship Wrestling by WWE owner Vince McMahon, fans anticipated a monumental clash between the two rival promotions. Dream matches on the cards included Sting vs. Undertaker, Hulk Hogan vs. Steve Austin, and The Rock vs. Goldberg (we would end up getting that one in 2003 and it wasn't very good).
Those talents didn't end up invading WWE in 2001, though, and only a few top stars from WCW including Booker T and Diamond Dallas Page, actually headed to WWE TV as part of the angle.
Many fans felt The Invasion didn't live up to its full potential due to various booking decisions and the absence of top WCW talent. Can you name every member of the Alliance, though?
