Randy Orton Dealing With Neck Injury

Snakes have necks?

According to a report from Fightful, Randy Orton is currently dealing with a neck injury.

However, the knock isn't supposed to be too serious, with The Viper said to be in contention to appear during this week's WWE TV shows.

Orton hasn't wrestled a televised match since his Super ShowDown win against Triple H and has only competed in 11 matches so far in 2019. A few of those have been multi-man affairs as well, including the Royal Rumble match, the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match, and Money In The Bank ladder match.

Going off Randy's Twitter exploits over the last little while, he's in the running to be the man who knocked on Aleister Black's door not too long ago.

WWE posted a picture of a collection of Superstars with the caption "Who should answer @WWEAleister's challenge? He's waiting..."

Randy, who is joined in the picture by Shinsuke Nakamura (currently feuding with Finn Balor), Kevin Owens (currently feuding with Dolph Ziggler?), Balor, Lars Sullivan (currently injured) and Buddy Murphy (who hasn't been seen on SmackDown Live), replied by quoting the tweet with his own Twitter handle.
