Randy Orton Wants To Face John Cena In A WrestleMania WWE Championship 'Dream Match'

Randy Orton and John Cena have never wrestled each other at WWE WrestleMania

Randy Orton would like to step back into the ring with perennial rival John Cena.

Despite being at odds throughout their course of their WWE careers and facing off countless times in all manner of gimmick matches on different shows, the two never went one-on-one at WrestleMania, and during a recent appearance on The Bump, 'The Viper' discussed a dream scenario where that would finally happen:

"A dream match for me would be to somehow find myself in a situation where I'm fighting Cena at WrestleMania for the title. I don't know how you get there, I'm not saying it's gonna happen. But I have never wrestled John at WrestleMania in a singles match. We had some wars back in the day, so being able to revisit that after all this, I think it's not only something that I would want, I think the fans would eat it up too," Orton said.

Cena last wrestled at Crown Jewel on November 4, losing to Solo Sikoa. It is currently unknown when the 47-year-old will be back on WWE television. The multi-time WWE Champion recently revealed that he is looking to form an 'exit strategy' to finish his in-ring WWE career.
