Reason For The Delay On Danhausen's AEW Comeback Revealed

Danhausen's return hasn't happened yet

AEW were airing vignettes for several weeks hyping up the arrival of Danhausen, who has been absent from AEW programming since all the way back at the 2023 Revolution PPV in March due to suffering a long-term injury.

He would make a brief appearance on AEW Rampage a couple of weeks ago, stating that he’d made a mistake and his return was supposed to be the following week. However, Danhausen has still not emerged on AEW television. PWInsider has provided a reason for why Danhausen’s comeback has been delayed. The original plan was for a few weeks back on the November 1 episode of Dynamite, but due to it being a busy show with a lot of segments featuring MJF and The Acclaimed, it was postponed.

It was revealed though that Danhuasen was backstage at the Collision/Rampage tapings last night, though he didn’t end up making an appearance. It isn’t known whether or not he will show up at the Full Gear 2023 PPV event.
