Stephanie Vaquer was written off WWE TV on the April 27 episode of Monday Night Raw, being the victim of a backstage attack from Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and Roxanne Perez of the Judgment Day which ended when Perez pushed an equipment box into Vaquer's shoulder.
It was announced later on Raw by Michael Cole that Vaquer had sustained a grade two AC sprain and she would be out of action "for a bit." Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer has since reported that Vaquer is dealing with a legitimate injury and it is likely the sprain that was referenced on Monday Night Raw. It is unknown when Vaquer sustained the injury.
An AC sprain is a sprain to the acromioclavicular joint, which is between the shoulder blade and collar bone. An AC sprain is often due to a partial tear of the ligaments around the shoulder.
Stephanie Vaquer has not wrestled since she dropped the Women's World Championship to Liv Morgan at WrestleMania 42. Their match was only six minutes long, and it was noted the contest was so short due to both women being banged up heading into WrestleMania. Beyond Vaquer's injury, Liv Morgan suffering a haematoma on the April 6 episode of Raw during a backstage angle with Vaquer.
