Per Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Tino Sabbatelli becomes the latest talent to be released from WWE, the 14th such announced name on Friday.

Sapp also noted regarding the slew of cuts, "We've heard that those are all of the planned releases for today."

Sabbatelli was initially released from WWE in the expansive round of cuts in April 2020, following six years in developmental.

The former NFL defensive back briefly worked for AEW last summer, before re-signing with WWE last October.

After Sabbatelli's brief run with AEW, rumors circulated that somebody who had worked for AEW last year had been leaking out company information.

A report from Fightful last autumn noted, "Fightful has heard that Sabbatelli was the name getting the blame for leaking AEW information months back, which Chris Jericho called out as an "NXT reject." We don't know if Sabbatelli was actually leaking information from AEW, just that he's the person often referenced by those in AEW."

Despite re-signing with WWE last October, Sabbatelli never wrestled for them in his second stint, prior to being released.

WWE's full list of roster cuts on Friday include:

* Tony Nese

* Ariya Daivari

* Ever-Rise (Chase Parker and Matt Martel)
