Renee Paquette: Jon Moxley Is Living His Best Life With AEW/NJPW Crossover Work

Mox has fought the likes of Kojima, Suzuki, and Nagata in recent months

Wrestling fans can’t help but notice that AEW’s Jon Moxley is clearly enjoying his current run in AEW, having fought New Japan legends such as Satoshi Kojima, Yuji Nagata, and Minoru Suzuki in recent months.

With Moxley and tag partner Eddie Kingston being self-confessed fans of 90s puro, you know that the two are enjoying their feud with Suzuki-gun, and Moxley’s wife Renee Paquette has confirmed that Moxley is indeed loving his work, telling Wrestling Inc’s Nick Hausman that “He’s living his best life. He’s enjoying it.”

During his run as IWGP US Heavyweight Champion, Moxley defended the title on AEW television, successfully defeating Yuji Nagata in May on AEW: Dynamite, before dropping the title to Lance Archer.

Moxley has been calling out NJPW ace Hiroshi Tanahashi for a match for a while now, but was instead granted a match against former IWGP Heavyweight Champion and Triple Crown holder Satoshi Kojima at AEW All Out.

Post-All Out, Moxley has been engaged in a feud with the legendary Minoru Suzuki, with Mox and Kingston scheduled for a Lights out match against Suzuki and Lance Archer at AEW: Grand Slam.
