Replacement Announced For IMPACT Hard To Kill Ultimate X Match

Rachael Ellering is out

IMPACT Wrestling have made a change to the first-ever Knockouts Ultimate X Match ahead of Saturday's Hard To Kill pay-per-view.

The promotion announced following Thursday's edition of IMPACT that Rachael Ellering would be replaced in the match by Alisha Edwards. No reason was given for the change and Ellering actually took the pin in a Six-Woman Tag Team Match featuring the Ultimate X participants on Thursday's taped show.

With the change, Ultimate X will be Jordynne Grace vs. Chelsea Green vs. Rosemary vs. Tasha Steelz vs. Lady Frost vs. Alisha Edwards. The winner will earn a shot at the Knockouts Title, currently held by Mickie James.

In another change to the Hard To Kill lineup, IMPACT added a stipulation to the X-Division Title match at the pay-per-view. If Steve Maclin fails to defeat Trey Miguel for the championship, he will be barred from challenging for the gold again while Trey is champion.

Hard To Kill will air on Saturday, January 8 from The Factory in Dallas, Texas. Two world title matches have been set for the card and Jonathan Gresham will defend the ROH World Championship against Chris Sabin, While Moose will put the IMPACT World Title on the line against Matt Cardona and W. Morrissey.
