Report: Adam Cole Should Be Cleared "Relatively Soon"

Adam Cole should be back in the ring in the near future

All Elite Wrestling have been suffering from an injury crisis in recent months with several top stars out of action, but the promotion's problems have started to ease in recent weeks with the returns of Bryan Danielson, The Young Bucks, and CM Punk.

Adam Cole has also made his own return to TV alongside Undisputed Elite faction-mates Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish but the three-time ROH World Champion has still not been cleared to compete.

That is set to change "relatively soon", though, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer.

"The guys are coming back. Punk's back tonight, Omega's coming back soon. Danielson's gonna be on (next week's Dynamite), Adam Cole was on TV last week, and he's not cleared yet but he should be cleared relatively soon from what I understand. So the key guys are pretty much back," Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio

Cole has not competed inside the squared circle since he suffered a serious concussion at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view on June 26. The former NXT Champion was dealing with a torn labrum prior to the pay-per-view and he opted not to have surgery. Instead, he is just rehabbing his shoulder.
