Report: Advert For Fulham Vs. Tottenham Hotspur Drew Huge Boos At AEW All In

A rejection for Fulham FC and Spurs at AEW All In

Football tribalism was alive and well during All Elite Wrestling's All In pay-per-view from Wembley Stadium on Sunday.

Although the pay-per-view itself did not feature any advertisements, a graphic to promote the upcoming Fulham vs. Tottenham Hotspur match in the second round of the Carabao Cup was displayed during the All In pre-show inside Wembley Stadium. Of course, those inside the ground weren't exclusively Fulham or Spurs fans so the advert was met with a huge chorus of boos, according to Fightful Select and those inside the stadium

Tony Khan, of course, is the Vice Chairman and Director of Football Operations at Fulham FC, roles which he holds alongside his positions in AEW and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars also didn't escape the negative reactions as another advert promoting the NFL side's game against the Atlanta Falcons on October 1 inside Wembley was booed.

All Elite Wrestling are set to return to London's Wembley Stadium next year on Sunday, August 25 for All In 2024.
