Report: AEW All In To Break WWE WrestleMania 3's Attendance Record 'Any Day Now’

AEW All In reportedly set to break WWE WrestleMania 3 attendance record

All In 2023 is certainly set to be the biggest show in All Elite Wrestling history, but with a little over three weeks left until the event, there’s an outside chance it could become the biggest paid wrestling show of all time.

At the time of writing, nearly 78,000 tickets have been distributed for All In, with around 71,500 tickets paid. According to a report from Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the event could surpass WWE WrestleMania III’s attendance record ‘any day now’, with AEW needing to shift another 2,727 tickets to become the biggest paid pro-wrestling show of all time.

Whilst WWE touted a crowd of over 93,000 for WrestleMania 3 that saw Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant battle for the WWE Championship in the main event, these numbers have long been disputed, with some believing that a still impressive 78,000 were packed into the Pontiac Silverdome in Detroit, and it's this number that All In could break.

Regardless of breaking any longstanding WWE records, Meltzer suggests that All In will be the most attended paid wrestling show ever outside of the USA.
