Report: AEW Working On Long-Term Deals For Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks

The Elite might be carrying on with AEW for a long time to come

All Elite Wrestling are looking to tie down three of their biggest stars.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AEW are working on signing The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega to new long-term deals well before The Elite would be able to become free agents. How any possible negotiations are progressing between the parties is currently unknown.

The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega founded All Elite Wrestling with Tony Khan and Cody Rhodes in January 2019 and they remain Executive Vice Presidents within the promotion. Omega's AEW future has appeared uncertain in recent weeks, though, amidst reports of WWE interest and The Best Bout Machine being open-minded about jumping ship. His AEW deal was initially set to expire in February 2023 but injury time was added to Omega's deal to keep him under contract well into 2023.

It is believed The Young Bucks' contracts with All Elite Wrestling expire at the end of the year.

AEW CEO Tony Khan recently addressed Kenny Omega's future with the promotion, noting he hopes the former AEW World Champion is a part of the company for a long time to come.
