Report: Big E Is One Of Vince McMahon's Favourite WWE Superstars

Big E hasn't been seen since the attack by Aleister Black

Big E's most recent rivalry hit a massive roadblock when the man he was supposed to be feuding with - Aleister Black - was released by WWE just a few days after they laid the groundwork for the feud.

The former New Day member has not been seen on Friday Night SmackDown since Black cost him the Intercontinental Championship Fatal-Four Way match two weeks ago but, with Black being let go by WWE last week, fans are waiting to see what is next for Big E.

There was no mention of Big E on this last week's SmackDown and the former Tag Team champion isn't involved in a match at WWE Hell In A Cell at the time of writing, but a report from WrestleNews.co suggest Big E fans shouldn't be too worried.

The report suggests that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon is a huge fan of Big E and the 35-year-old is one of McMahon's favourite people. As such, WrestleNews.co say a source told them that 'he will always find something for him to do'.

With many of the plans for Hell In A Cell, set to stream on Sunday 20 June, already locked in, it is possible Big E will return following the WWE pay-per-view.
