Report: Bray Wyatt Assigned To WWE SmackDown

Bray Wyatt will only be on WWE SmackDown

An update on Bray Wyatt's WWE status has emerged.

The Eater of Worlds returned to WWE at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view on October 8, making his first appearance in the company since he was released in July of 2021. This came after weeks of White Rabbit teases on TV and WWE.com, and Wyatt resurfaced with a white mask at Extreme Rules after stepping through a door bathed in white light.

What the company have planned for Wyatt remains to be seen but a new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider has claimed Wyatt is currently only slated to make appearances on Friday Night SmackDown. Bray is advertised for this week's show, noting in a vignette on Raw that people should revel in what they are.

There has been speculation about Wyatt heading up a 'Wyatt 6' faction, with some tipping Alexa Bliss and Seth Rollins to be members of the stable. Both are Raw talents, however.

During his first WWE run, Wyatt spent 11 years with the company and he is a one-time WWE Champion and two-time Universal Champion.
