Britt Baker is reportedly looking to leave All Elite Wrestling.
According to BodySlam.net, Britt Baker is actively seeking to part ways with AEW. The former AEW Women's World Champion believes there is nothing left to keep her in the promotion, with the talent pointing to burned bridges and a belief that the environment has changed around her.
AEW aren't currently looking to release Baker from her contract, though, with BodySlam claiming that the promotion are waiting for Evolution to pass and for no further WWE shows in Baker's hometown of Pittsburgh to be announced before allowing any potential split to move forward.
Britt Baker is an AEW original and she has been a part of the company since 2019. The 34-year-old has not been on AEW TV since the November 13, 2024 episode of Dynamite, however, when Serena Deeb confronted Baker following a match and Britt repeatedly said that "nobody cares."
Reports shortly after claimed that Tony Khan had become so fed up with Britt Baker that he was no longer booking her for AEW TV, with there said to be a lot of frustration with Baker in the promotion.
As of January 2025, Baker reportedly had around 18 months left on her contract with All Elite Wrestling, without taking any possible injury time into account. It was also noted that WWE would be interested in signing Baker if she became available.
