Report: WWE Interested In Signing Britt Baker If She Becomes Available

Britt Baker’s All Elite Wrestling future has been the subject of much speculation as of late, and it seems if Baker were to leave AEW then WWE could be interested in securing her signature.

Recent reports have suggested that Baker is currently off AEW TV due to a litany of backstage issues, with it suggested the former AEW Women’s World Champion could effectively ‘be done’ with the promotion after CEO and head booker Tony Khan became ‘fed up’ with Baker.

On a recent WrestleVotes Radio, it was said that AEW refused to comment on rumours surrounding Baker’s standing within the company, whilst sources in WWE said the company would resoundingly be interested in working with Baker ‘should’ she become available, although WWE don’t believe that Baker will be available any time soon.

Baker only worked five matches in 2024, and has not wrestled for AEW since the November 13 Dynamite. Numerous reports suggest that Baker is seen as ‘difficult to work with’ in AEW, whilst a backstage incident with MJF and Alicia Atout in 2024 seemingly did her few favours in the company.
