Report: Bronson Reed Expected To Miss WWE WrestleMania 41
No Bronson Reed for WWE WrestleMania 41
Dec 10, 2024
Bronson Reed is not expected to be back in time for WWE WrestleMania 41.
Reed is currently sidelined after sustaining a broken foot during the main event of WWE Survivor Series: WarGames on November 30. Reed sustained the injury after landing awkwardly on his ankle following a Tsunami Splash from the top of the cage through a table.
WWE announced that Bronson Reed would be out of action indefinitely and Dave Meltzer has reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Reed is not expected to be back for WrestleMania. He will be on the shelf for a "long time."
"Bronson Reed is having foot surgery. He's going to be out for months...I asked somebody there and he is not expected back for WrestleMania. It's expected to be a long time," Meltzer said.
Bronson Reed had been on the receiving end of a significant push since he decimated Seth Rollins with six Tsunamis on the post-SummerSlam edition of Monday Night Raw. Reed has since had programmes with Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins, and aligned himself with the New Bloodline ahead of WarGames.
WWE WrestleMania 41 will emanate from Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium on April 19 and April 20, 2025. Tickets for the two-night event are available to buy now.
