Changes are on the way to the All In card.

Tony Khan revealed on the pre-All In media call that he expected more changes would be made to the August 27 pay-per-view in the coming days.

"I expect more changes. They were not changes I wanted to make or planned to make. There will probably be some changes to the card necessitated by things happening in the real world, stuff in some cases that is nobody's fault, but stuff that is not related to the world of professional wrestling," Khan said.

Fightful Select has since reported one change that is planned will affect the Stadium Stampede Match of The Lucha Brothers, Best Friends, and Eddie Kingston vs. Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, and three mystery partners. As of Tuesday, Rey Fenix was no longer planned for All In and plans are in place to give a storyline explanation. Fenix is booked to face Jon Moxley on Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has since confirmed that Fenix is off All In. The former AEW World Tag Team Champion is set to miss the Wembley Stadium event because he is trying to establish residency in the United States and he has not left the country recently. This is why he didn't drop the Latin American Title at a recent TripleMania show.

AEW could look to replace Fenix in the match, with Bandido said to be "touch and go" for All In after the pin was removed from his broken wrist this week. El Hijo Del Vikingo, meanwhile, is banged up but he would reportedly be available for a show of this level.

It is unknown when AEW found out Fenix would not be available for All In.
