Report: Drew McIntyre-Alexa Bliss WWE Raw Segment Scrapped During Rewrites

A casualty of last-minute changes...

Since Hell In A Cell, Drew McIntyre and "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt have been feuding with Randy Orton over the WWE Championship.

The storyline was scheduled to continue on last night's episode of Raw as WWE announced over the weekend that The Scottish Psychopath would be the latest guest on A Moment Of Bliss. McIntyre even hyped up his appearance, but the segment was pulled from the official preview only hours before Raw and didn't take place on the show.

PWInsider's Mike Johnson reported A Moment Of Bliss was a casualty of rewrites and the decision was made to scrap the segment.

Instead of A Moment Of Bliss, Raw kicked off with Randy Orton on Miz TV before he was interrupted by McIntyre and The New Day. This then led to a six-man tag team match in the main event where The Scottish Psychopath picked up the win for his team after hitting John Morrison with the Claymore Kick. Alexa Bliss appeared on Raw in a backstage segment with Nikki Cross during which she chose The Fiend over her former tag team partner.
