A former WWE NXT talent has reportedly signed with AEW/ROH after several appearances for the organisation.

Per a report from Fightful Select, Blake Christian has signed with Tony Khan’s organisations, with ‘sources surrounding Starrcast V’ informing Fightful that Christian is set to feature for Ring of Honor.

Christian impressed on both of the relaunched ROH PPVs so far in 2022, losing to Colt Cabana at Supercard of Honor in April, and teaming with Tony Deppen and Alex Zayne against The Embassy at Death Before Dishonor in July.

Blake Christian has also wrestled several matches on AEW Dark in 2022, facing off against the likes of Rohit Raju, Jay Lethal, and Powerhouse Hobbs amongst others.

Since being released by WWE NXT in 2021, Christian - fka Trey Baxter - has wrestled all over the indies, most notably for GCW, as well as appearances for IMPACT, NJPW, and Jim Crockett Promotions amongst others.

Fightful’s report did not confirm whether Christian has been signed to a full-time deal or a tiered deal.
