Report: Hangman Page In Talks With AEW About Contract Extension

Hangman Page reportedly discussing a contract extension with AEW

Since helping announce All Elite Wrestling’s creation in January 2019, Hangman Adam Page has been integral to the growth of the promotion, with Page having reigned as AEW World Champion and AEW World Tag Team Champion during his run with the company.

Reports state that Page is currently in discussions with AEW about a possible contract extension, with Fightful Select reporting that talks have only recently begun and as such there is no timetable on when a potential deal could be sorted by.

Page is represented by the same people handling The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega, with The Elite also believed to be in the middle of contract negotiations.

Hangman is one of the most popular stars in the entire company, and his protracted feud with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks, and rise to the world title scene has been lauded as one of the greatest wrestling storylines in recent history, with Page and Omega involved in some of the most important and widely-praised matches in AEW history.
