Hikuleo is through with New Japan Pro-Wrestling and will likely be signing with WWE, according to a new report.

Bodyslam.net exclusively reported that Hikuleo finished up with NJPW at the company's Dominion event on June 9. At the show, Hikuleo and his Guerrillas of Destiny partner El Phantasmo dropped their NJPW STRONG Openweight Tag Team Titles in a four-way elimination match, where the IWGP Tag Team Titles were also on the line.

The Guerrillas were the first team eliminated in the match, which was eventually won by Mikey Nicholls & Shane Haste of TMDK.

The report cited NJPW sources who believe the 33-year-old will be going to WWE, presumably to join his family in the current storyline revolving around The Bloodline. The 'Young Gun' confirmed in November 2023 that he had held talks with WWE.

Hikuleo is the son of Haku and the younger brother of Tama Tonga, who made his own WWE debut on the April 12 edition of SmackDown. Tonga Loa, another of Haku's sons, made his return to WWE at Backlash.

Jacob Fatu is also waiting to make his debut, which was previously postponed. A recent report suggests WWE are fearful that Fatu could overshadow Solo Sikoa.
