Ever since WWE began their Saudi Arabia events back in 2018, Goldberg has been a key figure in several of these shows. Goldberg has wrestled at four separate Saudi Arabia events, competing against The Undertaker, Bray Wyatt, Bobby Lashley, and Roman Reigns over the last few years.

Given his star power and name value as a legend of the business, it is of little surprise that Goldberg was brought in time and time again. It is well known amongst fans that big money is dished out for these shows, but it may come as a surprise on exactly how much Goldberg reportedly got paid to work matches.

In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer discussed a potential Goldberg match in AEW and how monetary issues could get in the way of it happening, revealing how much the former multi-time world champion earned;

“Goldberg made so much money for so few matches in his WWE deal, reportedly $2 million for each of his Saudi Arabia matches, and for AEW, that kind of money per match simply isn’t cost-effective”.

It remains to be said if Tony Khan will put his hand deep in the wallet for Goldberg when it comes to a major event like All In.
