Report: Jimmy Uso Set To Return In Early 2021

He's been out with a torn ACL...

After spending the last six months on the shelf injured, Jimmy Uso is apparently still a few months away from returning to a WWE ring, but will reportedly be back early in the new year.

Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT tweeted Saturday, "Jimmy Uso is on course to return to action from his knee injury in January/February 2021, Jey Uso told me."

Jimmy Uso sustained a torn ACL during the triple ladder match with John Morrison and Kofi Kingston for the SmackDown Tag Team titles at WrestleMania 36.

According to Uso, he sustained the injury a mere minute into the WrestleMania contest, coming from what he felt was a relatively simple bump off of a ladder from a few feet up.

Twin brother Jey had been absent since the spring months, but recently returned to the fold as part of a WWE Universal title rivalry with Roman Reigns. The two will face off for the championship at Sunday's Clash of Champions pay-per-view.

Jimmy Uso is scheduled to be a guest on WWE's The Bump on Sunday, ahead of his brother's championship bout.
