Report: Keith Lee Still With WWE

Keith Lee's most recent posts on Twitter prompted speculation that the former NXT Champion could be on his way out of WWE.

Lee, who hasn't been seen on WWE programming in over three months, responded to a fan question on the social media platform over the weekend that asked what was next for him, writing: "Good question. Unfortunately, only time will tell my friend."

Lee's response led to some speculation that the 36-year-old could be set to depart WWE, but Fightful Select are reporting that other talent backstage and WWE Officials have debunked the rumour, meaning he remains with the promotion. 

Lee was last seen on WWE Raw in a winning effort over Riddle as the two built towards a Triple Threat Match with Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship at Elimination Chamber 2021, a bout that Lee has reportedly been pencilled in to win. 

Reports had also emerged in late 2020 that claimed Lee, along with several other wrestlers, were going back to the Performance Center for further training, in order to add 'big man' spots and sensibilities to their performances.
