Report: Kevin Dunn Didn't Believe Becky Lynch Was Attractive Enough To Be SmackDown Women's Champion

Becky Lynch didn't meet Kevin Dunn's "exacting standards"

According to a report from Struggle Session of The Hard Way, WWE Executive Producer & Chief, Global Television Distribution Kevin Dunn didn't think Becky Lynch was attractive enough to be SmackDown Women's Champion in the autumn of 2016 and Dunn said as much in a production meeting.

A source who worked with Dunn in WWE stated Lynch's looks did not meet the Vince McMahon confidante's "exacting standards", with them saying: "I'll never forget this weasel telling us that Becky Lynch isn't good-looking enough."

Reports from back in 2016 noted Dunn also hated Lynch's accent to the point that he wanted to give her less time on the mic on WWE TV.

Despite Dunn's reported dislike for her, though, Lynch has achieved considerable success in WWE and she has established herself as one of the company's top stars in recent years, becoming a multi-time women's champion.

Dunn's days in WWE also appear to be numbered and reports have noted that the Executive Producer & Chief, Global Television Distribution is expected to leave the company, with it being unlikely that he will be a part of WWE by this time next year.
