Report: Kevin Owens Dealing With Minor Injury

WWE star Kevin Owens is currently dealing with a minor injury, according to a new report.

According to PWInsider, the injury was the reason KO missed this week's episode of Raw. Owens had been scheduled to wrestle Elias, Ezekiel or Elrod in a Money in the Bank qualifying match.

The match was replaced with a Money in the Bank qualifying battle royal, which was won by Riddle.

Dave Meltzer, speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, had referred to a 'minor situation' preventing Owens from working the show, adding "I did not check if Kevin Owens would be ready by Friday. I just know that he was not ready tonight, but it's nothing serious is what I was told".

Owens himself acknowledged his absence, tweeting "I didn't want to go to Texas so I didn't go. Leave me alone" while Raw was in progress.

The Prizefighter last wrestled on the June 13 edition of Raw, where he lost to Ezekiel via countout.
