Report: Kid Rock To Be Involved At WWE SummerSlam

YESSSSSS!!

A man synonymous with Detroit will be involved at SummerSlam later this year.

SummerSlam will emanate from the Motor City's Ford Field on Saturday, August 5 and WrestleVotes has reported that Kid Rock will be featured in the cold open for the pay-per-view.

"This year's SummerSlam cold open will feature everyone's favorite rockstar, WWE Hall of Famer, Kid Rock," WrestleVotes tweeted.

Kid Rock has a long history with WWE, having performed at several WWE events, including WrestleMania 25 and Tribute to the Troops in 2012. He also produced Stacey Kiebler's WWE entrance music. The singer was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018, during which Kid Rock stated that he wanted to "bodyslam some Democrats."

Kid Rock continues to appear at WWE events, including last year's SummerSlam where he horrified fans around the world by making out with Trailer Trash Tammy.

Matches announced for SummerSlam 2023 include Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso, Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar, and Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor.
